9 Years Old for this single malt Scotch Whisky aged and bottled in Scotland. A classic side of Caol Ila (Peat but not too peaty, savoury green vegetables, and seaweed). B amplified by the Ratafia Champenois touch… Beautifully smooth and hard to understand complexity. Taste bomb that begins and ends with peat in a dancing way. Oily and uplifting, with a texture that reaches all parts of the palate without being overpowering, giving it a perceived lightness. Phenolic citrus fruits and a long smoky finish on the palate amplified by the Ratafia Champenois touch… “The Dumangin Champagne Twist”…. A bouquet of ripe fruit, a hint of vanilla..
